Refund & Returns Policy

At Freavelia, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.


30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order confirmation email)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, damaged by misuse, or are missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at freaveliashop@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo or video of the damaged/defective item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You will not need to return the item in this case.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at freaveliashop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The refund will be applied to your original payment method
  • You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued

If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank first. Processing times vary by provider. If the issue persists, contact us at freaveliashop@gmail.com.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider — it may take a few days to show
  3. Contact your bank — there is often a processing delay
  4. If you've done all of the above and still haven't received your refund, email us at freaveliashop@gmail.com

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at freaveliashop@gmail.com.


Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error — we cover the return shipping cost.

If you are returning an item for any other reason (e.g. changed your mind), the return shipping cost is your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in processing or dispatched and cannot be cancelled. Please email freaveliashop@gmail.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
