Free Shipping on All Orders

We offer free shipping on every order — no minimum spend required. No hidden fees at checkout.


Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. We hope to expand to additional countries in the future.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to high demand, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.


Order Tracking

Where available, a tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Tracking information may take up to 3 business days to update after dispatch.

If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at freaveliashop@gmail.com and we will look into it for you.


Customs & Import

As our products are shipped internationally, orders may be subject to customs inspection. This is rare and typically does not cause significant delays, but is outside of our control.

Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. However, for standard consumer goods shipped to UK addresses, import duties are typically not applicable on low-value orders.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, please contact us at freaveliashop@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

In the event that a parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer either a full refund or a free replacement — your choice.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at freaveliashop@gmail.com — we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
